How we protect data in Netværkspraksis Intra and Medicinsk Copilot.
Netværkspraksis Intra does not store patient data
Intra is the clinic’s system for management and operations: procedures, staff, contracts, rotas, meetings and finances. Intra is not a medical record system and has no features for storing patient records.
Intra is not meant for patient information – do not write it in procedures, minutes or tasks.
Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt). Employees’ civil registration numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked, and backups are encrypted.
Medicinsk Copilot removes CPR numbers and name fields before text is sent to the AI
Medicinsk Copilot removes CPR numbers, addresses, phone numbers and name fields before the text is sent to the AI model, and stores neither audio nor text.
Names in free text cannot always be removed automatically. Do not write the patient’s name in the text.
The AI model runs via Amazon Bedrock in the EU (Frankfurt), and speech-to-text uses an EU endpoint. Data is not used to train AI models.
Data processing agreement
Netværkspraksis Danmark P/S is the data processor for Intra and for our administration and office services. The agreement (in Danish) describes the data we process, our sub-processors and our security measures.
