Well-being and Professional Quality
High professional quality requires that we can attract and retain skilled general practitioners and staff. Currently, far too many general practitioners experience symptoms of burnout and poor well-being. By removing administrative work, offering good working hours and a good professional and social network, we want to create good conditions for a balanced work life.
This means that we move organizational and administrative tasks from practice, so that doctors and other staff have better time for the meaningful professional work with patients.
It also means that we create good conditions for a professional and social community in the individual practice and across network practice, with good opportunities for substitute help, supervision, skills development and social gatherings.
Patient-Experienced Quality
The most important thing for patient-experienced quality is accessibility and continuity. By organizing practice with local anchoring and ownership for local doctors and staff, we want to ensure continuity.
Patients with chronic conditions in our practice all have a fixed treatment team, consisting of a fixed doctor and a fixed nurse, who together with the patient are responsible for the patient's health.
By organizing practice in a network of practices, where the individual practice is relieved of organizational and administrative work, better time for patient work and better accessibility are ensured.
Regional Distribution
Our network spans across Denmark with member general practices in various regions, ensuring local presence and community-based healthcare.

Organizational and Administrative Work
There are many tasks in addition to taking care of patients in general practice. Calendar management, staff care, GDPR, workplace assessments, employee development talks, procurement, quality assurance, premises, agreements, IT, finances and much more.
New clinical guidelines can be implemented in phrases, instructions and through training, to ensure professionally updated patient treatment.
By organizing practice in a network with common functions, the extensive organizational work in practice is solved more efficiently.
Future of General Practice
The Health Structure Commission recommends that practice be organized in networks and cooperative communities, in order to be able to handle more and larger tasks in the future.
We are getting older and more tasks will have to be moved from hospitals to general practice in the future. This is basically good for patients, as it provides an opportunity for a citizen-friendly service with continuity and security in treatment. If this is to be possible, while doctors and staff in general practice experience a good balance between work and private life, it requires that we organize ourselves in a new way, where we work more in treatment teams and are relieved of organizational and administrative work in everyday life.
